Hi I'm Ben I am 28 and come from Sittingbourne in Kent.

I enjoy going to gigs and festivals and hanging out with my mates at the pub or playing pool.

Valentines Day

So here it is again, valentines day, the day of the year desperate singles try and get attached with other desperate singles, or couples act all romantic as they have been informed they have to.

Oh well, it is quite sweet seeing people who are truely in love enjoying this day, so men go and buy your girlfriend, partner, wife etc something nice or do something nice for her and women remember that things work both ways, so slip on the lingerie or cook a nice steak.

I myself am not celebrating today, this is the 4th year in a row that I have been single on valentines day and the 4th year in a row where I am not interested in someone or have anyone interested in me.

I will say this though, when I do find that special someone who deserves my time as much as I deserve theirs, I will prove my love for them everyday and not just the 14th february every year
